Mr. Sardine
administrates Caribbean Management Services
Ltd. (CMS) a Fiduciary
Corporate Management Company, Consultancy
also a Licensed
Fund Administrator/
Independent Fund Director and an authorized
Overseas Agent as a domiciled company of
Anguilla BWI.
Mr. Sardine experience within the
International Fiduciary Corporate Management
sector is founded on a period of more than 25
years as an Administrative Fiduciary Manager
both onshore and offshore encompassing many
jurisdictions.
During the period of four years, Mr. Sardine
as an appointed Trustee and Independent
Director in his capacity of Vice Chairman of
the Board of Director for the Princess
Juliana International Airport Holding
Company NV. has represented, adhered to and
carried out all of the Fiduciary Trustee
recognized responsibilities on behalf of the
ultimate shareholder being the Island
Territory of
St. Maarten Netherlands Antilles.
In this
capacity he executed various fiduciary
supervisory responsibilities toward St.
Marten 100 million US dollars International
Airport expansion project.
Mr. Sardine held the position of an
appointed Independent Supervisory Director
for
St. Maarten Princess Juliana
International Airport Operating Company for
a period of four years.
In this capacity he assumed his fiduciary
responsibilities by reviewing and approving
the operational financial capabilities of
the company well over 50 million dollars
during his tenure.
Mr. Sardine has authored scores of published
articles on telecommunications, governmental
economic policies in addition to presenting
various position papers related to the
future posture of the International
Financial Onshore and Offshore sector when
St. Maarten obtains her country status
within the Kingdom of the Netherlands in
December 2008.
He has addressed numerous conferences as a
panelist and keynote speaker within the
Caribbean and Internationally on various
domestic and international economic related
topics.
Mr. Sardine held the position of Chief
Executive Officer for a group of
telecommunication companies namely, East
Caribbean Cellular, East Caribbean Cellular
International Phone Company, Saint Martin
Mobiles, St. Maarten Cable TV and TV15.
As Chief Executive Officer within the
Telecommunications sector he has played a
central role toward continued change and
compliance concerning new regulatory
policies within the Netherlands Antilles,
the Caribbean and Internationally.
He sat on the regulatory committee of The
Caribbean Association of National
Telecommunication Organization
CANTO).
One of his many assisted milestone
achievements within the sector was the
launching of the first private sector
International Phone Company ECCI in the
Netherlands Antilles.
Mr. Sardine was the recipient of the Chief
Executive Officer of the year award from
Soualiga Broadcasting for the year 2002.
Prior to this Mr. Sardine was the
International Relations and Business
Development Officer for the Island Territory
of St. Maarten International Phone Company.
He is recognized by the Central Government
Regulatory Body Bureau on Telecommunication (BOT) as playing a pivotal
role both in the change of regulatory
policies and compliance toward the launch
and growth of the first Island Government
(St. Maarten) fully owned International
Telephone Company within the Netherlands
Antilles.
He continued in advising the Island
Territory of Bonaire toward the outcome of
compliance and the securing of that Island
Territory International Phone Company
license.
Mr. Sardine was responsible for coordinating
all efforts toward the Netherlands Antilles
joining the North American numbering plan,
also being the liaison on behalf of
government relations with the FCC in
Washington DC on behalf of the Island
Governments of the Netherlands Antilles.
Mr. Sardine held a position on the Board of
Directors for the Caribbean Cable Television
Association in addition to being the Vice
Chairman of the St. Maarten E-Commerce
Council
Mr. Sardine being cognizant of the community
needs was the President and Co-Founder of
the Pro-Com Foundation, an organization
which assisted underprivileged youth.
In 1998, Mr. Sardine was a well-recognized
candidate for the Parliament of the
Netherlands Antilles. |
